Quick Triage Steps

Confirm you are signed in and your email is verified.
Refresh the page and try again.
Clear browser cache and cookies.
Try another browser or device.
Check Status or Alerts on the dashboard.

Access & Login Issues

Reset password using Forgot Password.
Verify your email from the latest message.
Confirm role access in Profile.
Wait 15 minutes after repeated login attempts.

Dashboard & Navigation Issues

Refresh the page or sign out and back in.
Clear filters or reset search.
Confirm your role has access to the page.
Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).

Calendar & Tasks Issues

Check date range filters.
Confirm tasks are assigned to you.
Update time zone in Settings.
Refresh after saving events or tasks.

Finances & Billing Issues

Verify payout setup and bank details.
Review date filters for totals.
Try invoice downloads in another browser.
Request financial access if denied.

Allow location permissions for distance filters.
Reload the map or zoom out.

Confirm booking status in Dashboard > Bookings.
