Payment Terms & Subscriptions
CSRA Food Trucks operates as a freemium platform. Core features are free, while premium features require payment:
Premium Subscriptions
Pro Subscription ($15/month): Provides access to premium analytics, advanced insights, and enhanced features
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe's customer portal
Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice
Promoted Listings & Featured Placements
Featured placements, "Truck of the Week" promotions, and promoted listings are available for purchase
Pricing varies based on placement type and duration
Promotions are billed in advance for the selected duration
Promotions cannot be cancelled mid-term, but will not auto-renew unless explicitly selected
Event Booking Fees
We charge a commission on event bookings facilitated through the platform
Commission rates are disclosed at the time of booking
Booking fees are processed through Stripe Connect
Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to our cancellation policy and the terms agreed upon between organizers and vendors
Payment Methods & Security
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
We do not store full payment card details on our servers
Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved
Platform-Specific Terms
Featured Listings & Promotions
Featured listings provide enhanced visibility but do not guarantee specific placement or traffic
We reserve the right to adjust promotion placement and visibility based on platform optimization
Promoted listings must comply with all platform terms and community guidelines
We may remove promotions if content violates our terms, with no refund for remaining time
Event Bookings
Event organizers are responsible for accurate event information and communication with vendors
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their commitments to booked events
Booking disputes should be resolved directly between organizers and vendors when possible
We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the contract between organizers and vendors
Commission fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error or fraud
Promo Codes & Coupons
Vendors may create promo codes for their customers
Promo codes are subject to vendor terms and conditions
We may take a revenue share on promo code redemptions (disclosed at code creation)
Vendors are responsible for honoring valid promo codes
We reserve the right to remove or disable promo codes that violate our terms
Premium Features Terms
Premium features are available through Pro subscriptions and other paid services:
Pro Analytics: Advanced analytics, insights, and reporting tools
Customer Behavior Analytics: Track customer preferences, peak times, and popular items
Revenue Analytics: Sales trends and revenue forecasting
Heat-map Foot Traffic: Visual representation of customer traffic patterns
CSV Lead Export: Export customer data for marketing purposes (subject to privacy policy)

Service Level: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Data Export: You may export your data at any time, including premium analytics data
Premium features are subject to the same terms and conditions as free features, with additional terms as specified in your subscription agreement.
Content Moderation
To maintain a safe and positive community, all user-generated content is subject to moderation:
Review Moderation: All reviews are reviewed before publication to ensure compliance with our guidelines
Photo Moderation: All uploaded photos are reviewed for appropriateness, accuracy, and compliance
Moderation Timeline: Content is typically reviewed within 24-48 hours
Rejection Reasons: Content may be rejected for inaccuracy, inappropriate content, spam, or violation of guidelines
Appeals: You may appeal moderation decisions by contacting support
Repeated Violations: Users who repeatedly violate content guidelines may face account restrictions or suspension

Content & Moderation Disputes
If you disagree with a content moderation decision, you may appeal by contacting support
Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days
Our moderation decisions are final, but we will provide explanations when possible
Repeated appeals for the same content may not be considered
